No, but I do think they have professional pride and deserve respect for their athleticism and capabilities.

As for the “just” comment, you know it’s bollocks, so why do you say it?

Occasionally, a player is off the boil due to outside influences, but I’m pretty sure they have enough self awareness and professionalism to know their jobs…which is not sitting around discussing season card prices.
