Do not worry mate you are wrong, City making vast amounts of money, is not to pay a fine off, City reducing their wage bill, is not to do with relegation. If you look across Europe most of the big clubs are reducing or trying to reduce their wages, i think we can expect a change of rules there, but City making vast sums of money, would not you want to give a new manager a big start? regardless of when that comes, it is important to be prepared.The hotel will pay for itself irrespective of city and what comes of the charges and adding a football stand as part of the construction may not be a big deal in the grand design of things
I want to be wrong but all this development may not be an indicator of our innocence
I do expect City to lose a couple of the charges, but a half time whip round of small change should cover that.
