I have just received and email with a link to the digital ticket. My son has too...surname begins with a B if that helps!

I have just got mine with a digital link.
The link didnt work so I copy and pasted it and it went into the site where I could download.

I believe you can print or show the actual ticket on the phone. I like to save tickets in the phone files just in case internet is rubbish near the stadium.
From the actual ticket (not the email), go to the bottom of the page and press the icon which is a square with an up arrow under the web address (mancity.com…)
You will then have a load of options like share via WhatsApp, email etc.
Choose “save to files” then save on phone.
Or, just print it…

Fine to print the ticket off on clean white paper.

Likewise, the tickets do not need to be (nor can they be) downloaded to a wallet. You will just need to show the pdf file of the ticket for it to work.
