Question? Has Pep been played? Or has he been taken for granted? Maybe a bit of both. By played I mean is it possible that the club played to Pep's massive self confidence to the extent that even he believed he could win regardless of the team's size, upkeep, and quality when the reality is what we're seeing in large part is a result Rodri's long term injury, but also due to "over-selling" and poor replenishment. I got killed on here for saying Pep is accustomed to driving Ferrari's not Jeeps. That's not a criticism, it's a statement of fact. Pep has built his career on working with elite players getting them to play in very precise and unique ways. He's never been asked to be a make do guy, at least by design. Could it be that our management had gotten to the point where they believed Pep could remain at the top with this current squad? Even with a healthy Rodri it was going to be a big ask, let's not fool ourselves. If, and I mean if. Pep truly had little or no hand in the makeup of this current squad then I'll have to double down on your take that the club fucked him over. The reward for all he's done should have been to make the squad even stronger, not water it down and sit on our hands as it aged out.

There, how's that angry clappers? The club took Pep for granted and left him with a shell of his former team and a big rebuilding job...
 
The supporters spent money to create a banner asking for Pep to stay.
He heard and responded.

Now it's our turn to support the team.
Anyone who plans to bugger off if we are 4-0 down on Sunday should please give their ticket to another fan who will stay to support the team till the end.

We enjoyed the years of dominance together.

The lack of acknowledgement toward Pep and Manchester City is disgusting.
But the UK media are controlled by the red scum and dare you write something that they never benefit from

United fully control the Premier League media outlets and that's the only thing they have over us, on and off the field Manchester City are better run and better at playing football, So what United can do is spread shit about us and call us cheats,

It's the only bugbear I have with our owners, They never once shot down the fake headlines or came out fighting and filed court cases against the shit stories, The Media team needs to grow some balls and stand up for us fans that take all the shit from other clubs fans, They believe everything that the red scum reporters write and we are just cannon fodder.

It’s galling to read about Griezmann and others raving about how outstanding a footballer Alvarez is.
He always felt the perfect fit for us.
Slagged off by many just because he didn’t score 40 goals.

The Saudi Three, Mahrez, Laporte and Cancelo would all improve us atm, such is our injury prone, out of form paper-thin squad
