So basically taking the piss out of us because we can't afford or even get tickets for the pl games. But City can't sell to the tourists for this game that's offer it to the old loyal fan base that we have priced out.

Exactly what I do! Every year I keep my fingers crossed for a home tie against lower league opposition. The league games are too expensive for me nowadays with a young family but for this one all 4 of us are going for £45.If you haven't a season ticket & you don't want to pay the sky high prices for league games then surely you choose the cheap cup games ? Or am i missing something ?

So the clubs attitude is if you can't afford to take your kids to a Premiership game at Christmas.Take them to this one instead as the tick tock brigade and many corporate hospitality goers don't want to go. You can't have the cake but you can have the crumbs
I realise City need to get a return on there investment but there are better ways to do it instead of screwing fans left right and center

I think it does it matter a bit. You want the opportunity to go to the big games, say United or Madrid with your kids. Otherwise you’re saying you can go to games, but only against league 2 opposition in the cup.
