I would take him if Pep thinks he can work with him. He has pace and know where the net is. Not for 40m though. Depending on how long is on his contract...if its 6 months max 14 mill....if its 18 months...27 mill.
 
I'd take him for nothing, primarily to piss off the rags. Him scoring for us against them would be an all time iconic moment.

He could be Peps Sterling replacement, shit technically but his athleticism would make him impactful and get him plenty of goals.

Certainly not for it, but I can see why it could potentiallu be of interest to us. Never happening though. Multitude of reasons why, He himself wouldn't have the balls to do it even if we was interested, pep wouldn't want his odious ego here stinking out the place and I can't imagine one of Viana's first acts as new DoF being bringing in an ex rag would be something he'd want to do either. Not a great way to get the fans on board.

Now remind me, how many teams do we play who hold a high line against us.

He might know where the net is but doesn't seem to know how to put the ball in it that often..
Wouldn't want the big nosed egotistical rag **** anywhere near our club..

As useful as he has been for 90% of his career.
He has scored an odd spectacular goal (such as the one the other year at the Ethiad), which are always shown, on repeat.
But, he has never been International class, which should be based on consistent, very high performances...
