They clearly are not taking legal advice. No libel or media lawyer would approve those comments. If the BBC was sued they would not have a leg to stand on. Calling someone corrupt or a Dictator with no evidence is not "Fair Comment" The BBC website has enabled those comments. It is not even open to debate.

Arguably one of the best, the problem is Pep wants a small squad, yet we play more games than most (this season might be an exception). I think the club took their eye off the ball regarding Gundo, Kev and Kyle, who have gone downhill, and Stones, Ake and Akanji have been unlucky with injury, then Bobb would have been a good addition if he hadn’t been injured pre-season. Gonna need a bigger squad.
