Villa have actually conceded more goals in the PL than we have, which surprised me. They're not in great form - 7 points from the last 18 - whereas we've only got 4 from the last 18. Would take a draw now if offered.
 
At present our defence has been a shambles.
Eds has made a few erratic choices in play.

Gvardiol and Lewis ,both whom I like have been caught in possession out of position in midfield and are pushing forward too much.

Akanji has had a few mares too.

I m happy with dias and stones back there but I think we ought to cement a regular defence until we get back to winning ways.

We owe villa a match from last year. Fingers crossed blues.

Seems that way.

Although I'll admit I've taken the plunge on the 5/2 myself, and that normally only means one thing, and that's the blues will be 3 up at half time, and go onto win 5 nil with Villa having 3 men sent off, and not registering a shot on target.

So on that basis, we should all have a smile on our face tomorrow afternoon.

Not sure if you noticed, mate, but that’s the whole problem, we have been unable to field a stable back 4.
 
Two of our best performances of the season were at Chelsea and West Ham.

Despite the injuries we have, only Dias and maybe Ederson are missing from those line ups.

Walker, Rodri, Foden, Stones and Gundogan didn’t play in any of them.

Ederson, Akanji , Gvardiol, Kovacic, Bernado, De Bruyne, Doku, Haaland, Lewis played in both

Grealish in one and Savinho in one.
 
Have we ever had such a terrible run with injuries?? What are they doing in training and conditioning?
