You can make remarks within ear shot of the ref as if you are just commentating. It's a far more effective way of doing it. It's an instincual thing that almost every player does.He doesn't need to say anything, the captain and other senior players can talk to the ref.
When we do press it's half arsed and lacks full committment to it.We drop off now like teams who used to play against us. We used to really press teams - that has gone. A lot of the reason we look vulnerable is because we we don't press any more and opposition players have more time on the ball.
