Well we did that, it was a definite improvement on this abysmal run but there is still much to improve on. This season is a writeoff but I feel better about next season now. We just need a better second half of the season compared to the first.

I meant in terms of the league, I see this season like 2020. We left ourselves too much to do but we did end strongly (we smashed the Covid Champions near the end).

Away win, 3 points, 2 goals, clean sheet, improved performance, McAtee took his chance to shine, Erling notches and played well, what's not to like.

We're not suddenly going to start playing like a well oiled machine. More 1st team players to get back and batteries to be re-charged. Slow steady improvement is what's required.

I missed the match, so annoying. I said to my sister I was hoping for a win today and I love your positivity. This is what we need on here. Two matches undefeated and a win to finish the year off. Great stuff.
