Weird one for the penalty. It is one I suppose but you dont see that often. Usually just a clash of heads, get treatment and carry on.

I think this one is different because he's pretty much dribbling it with his head, knocking it around the defender and then getting caught. On the ground that's a penalty too.

Clash of heads is usually on a headed shot at a corner, they don't get given but neither does any foul/contact after a shot on the ground. I think Ederson's v Arsenal is the only one I can remember.

Tbf, if the contact for that penalty call was foot on foot, then it’s a stone wall pen. If you are late, even fractionally, and clip someone’s foot or leg, it’s a clear pen. So not sure why it should be any different even when it’s with the players’ heads. You’re still late and you still made contact.
