The only signing we should be getting from Brighton are their scouting team, they are best in class.Anyone at city enquiring on the fee Brighton want for this lad I bet they would say 120m even if they say 80m we wouldn't entertain that fee or even deal with Brighton! Just because of this Apt rules

I would think Brighton and their fans are far more realistic, what they have achieved in the last 5 years is sensational.Easy for them they get a player that player will perform because he knows he can go to a bigger better club pressure wise for Brighton and there players is zero! Expectations I'd expect for the people who run the club is stay up produce top players sell top players for mega money rinse and repeat! If your a fan of Brighton you'd want to win a trophy not sell there best players every year!

Superbly run club, nice stadium and fully established in the PL.

Agree with this - appears we are a little old school in our approach and rely on contacts and word of mouth rather than data as much as some other clubs. Hopefully viana will bring new ideas and energy to the recruitment side of things which has been a bit lacking for a while now. It’s doable..since I’m fairly sure it’s not a scouting team per-se that Bloom relies on but his infamous algorithm based approach in scouting players.
Although last thing he would do is sell his algorithm, so City really should be looking at the future and at least explore creating an in-house or outsourced solution perhaps to even work alongside their scouting based model.
As people have been telling us for yrs who knows when Sheik Mansour will eventually get bored of us lot ;-)
They do change but again they are a club who have shown how smaller/mid size clubs should and can be run.Yeah see that but if you're a fan your expectations change!
I've heard of this guy who can hack systems! Alternatively, we could ask Liverpool for the password. It’s doable..since I’m fairly sure it’s not a scouting team per-se that Bloom relies on but his infamous algorithm based approach in scouting players.

I think we use more data than most that’s part of the point of CFGAgree with this - appears we are a little old school in our approach and rely on contacts and word of mouth rather than data as much as some other clubs.
