I agree, but I guess it depends what you want the academy to be. If you want it to solely make money then great, but id like to see more of these players given a chance. There more than good enough

I actually think some of the players we’ve let go are better/ more talented than the players we’ve signed for 50/60m. Sometimes long term development is needed, which we dont always do.

I’d love to see us resign delap. Who in my opinion is the best young striker in the country

Best thing for his career would be Ipswich staying in the prem so he gets another season with them.

If they go down and he leaves, I could see him going to the trap door that is Chelsea, which could be the worse move he could make.
