Apart from the odd anomalies like those 4-0 and 7-0 defeats in a row, United have a completely different mindset going to Anfield than we do.

Even through the 80s when United weren’t anything special and Liverpool were at their peak, United only lost 1 games at Anfield in 12 visits in the decade.
