You can take the piss but if we sign him first game I'll get it going in 110, it'll spread like wildfire ; )
 
Save that for the Kate Bush gifs for the summer. I think we'll end up with what we already have for the rest of the season but Marmoush will a City player at some point

Delap, I've watched him a couple of times, an ok striker , but not at the required level, leave him at Ipswich ,hell have a decent career there
 
Do not want him, or at least do not want him now, it is money wasted, if we need a striker then get one on loan, but we need a DM if not 2 and a full back, these positions are needed, a striker is just wanted, and this one is merely showing skill in a league devoid of it. Watch him till the end of the season, decide then.

Except if we lose Haaland we end up looking to cover the forward position from an already depleted midfield pool none of which are currently scoring at anything like the required rate in there current positions. Think we need a striker/wide player who is capable of scoring goals and this seems a good deal to me. Agree we are short in Midfield and defence but I don't think this deal stops us trying to fix the other gaps just very very difficult to get the right players from Clubs in January.

We need both. Other than Haaland there is very little goal threat in the team. What happens if Haaland gets injured?

OK, let him go elsewhere, and we might not get any defensive midfielders or defenders. That could easily leave us mid-table on results, with a possible points penalty via FFP. We need to invest in young players, and Dias, Akanji, Ake, Gvardiol and Lewis should be good enough. This guy and a decent DM would be great business for City this month

We've signed, Haaland, KDB, Sane, Gundo (1st time), Kompany, Akanji and probs some ive forgotton from the Bundesliga and look how well they have done.

We currently do not have a LB, our RB is out for half the time, we do not have a DM nor a working box to box, we can make do, just like we made do with no striker, our midfield not scoring or not defending, is not down to, they can not, it is down to them covering a position they are not able to do, the DM spot.

It's okay, when someone slips something like that into their post it's quite handy, because then you know just to ignore the rest of it as well.

We never have a left back, they ain't all they're cracked up to be.
