If you mean Steven Mcinerney he's @twosips from here. Used to be very active in the EDS forum but went down the social media route. He's been on City's matchday video feed before in the studio or at the match.

It's notoriously difficult to sign good players at their right age In January who are not involved in European football or needed by their clubs to qualify for Europe next season.
We don't get held to ramsons with player deals and I am glad we don't.
