PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

No, you're mixing up the settlement agreement we originally made with UEFA that had the squad size reduced for a season and held back some CL payment money. Can't remember the year, perhaps 2013.

It's also worth pointing out that despite having the most investigated accounts in the history of professional sports, Manchester City have never had a single act of financial mismanagement or fraud proven against them. The first UEFA was a settlement agreement to avoid a court room where we made it clear that we don't accept any guilt and UEFA didn't imply any. UEFA 2 was overturned by CAS because they didn't actually have any evidence.

Social Media have found us guilty without any need for evidence, The Premier League must be taking their lead

I'm off to RAWK to look for the facts.
The home of fair and balanced.

I'm probably wrong, but I'm sure CAS made a comment on the lines of if city did cooperate with UEFA with their requests then there would have been no grounds for them to charge us.
I can't remember if I heard that as someones opinion or read it somewhere.

Iirc, and this is from memory so may not be 100%, CAS said at one point that if the club had handed over some information (I think it was the Mohammed thing?) then that would have facilitated the investigation. I don't think they ever said handing over information would have removed the grounds for the case.

They were quite critical of the non-cooperation, though, agreeing with UEFA that the club was obstructing the investigation by not cooperating and saying that withholding evidence turns the CFCB into a farce and can't be endorsed or tolerated.

Ah, here we are:

I'm sure these cheating c*nts will find a way of cooking the books and cheat even more.
Just expel them completely like a good few have already suggested.

RAWK is always full of in-depth analysis and objectivity.
The title of their thread though... "115 charges for the scorched earth cheating bastards on and off the pitch". Jesus wept!

I’ve never heard of the podcaster Rob Moore until just now and I’m not gonna post a link to the video to give him more clicks.

But in his interview with Le Tissier, in a video posted 2 days ago, Moore said: “What do you think about FFP? Have Man City been at it? They must have broken every rule in the book.”

Add him to the list of cunts.
Hide your wallet and never trust a man named rob more , once a thieve alway a thieve

1000027439.jpgWhen I feel a bit low about this hearing, which is rarely if I'm honest, I go back to this Martin Samuel column. Then I realise once again that we are dealing with a bunch of American carpetbaggers. Then I think how can any English independent judge or tribunal side with these type of people who make up rules so they themselves can take the prizes and money. Remember, our chairman says we have irrefutable evidence to answer these interloping carpetbaggers. We will prevail and hopefully send these people away with their tail between their legs back to where they have their franchises and closed leagues.
Keep the faith blues.

Le Tissier put him right though.

I bought a champagne that I saw in the store which was wrapped in sky blue colours. I'll open it after we're cleared from the charges. Should be in a month or two, right? Let's gooo!
Haha, I’m doing the same. I got one when I bought a house a few years back but never got round to opening it.

Neighbour is a Liverpool fan so I’ll aim the cork as his house.

The PSR rule and the Premier League are a joke, How can only one club be allowed to claim allowances of £75million and get it passed, What is a Champions League place worth to a club, about £50 million, What is the prize money for not finishing in the top 6th, £3.5million winning the FA cup is about £3million

United are truly Cheating and they don't even wear a mask

I'm doing life if I ever have the misfortune to cross paths with that mutant. I could gouge his eyes out with a plastic spoon and feed them to him and sleep like a baby without a sliver of regret.
He looks like the bastard son of either Uncle Fester or Alistair Sim. But he can call us cheating bastards all he wants. I'd rather be associated with a "cheating bastard" club than a club that still hasn't acknowledged responsibility for 39 deaths.

This is a disgraceful slur. They have a plaque at Anfield the size of a sheet of A4 paper, in slate grey, that talks of people who ‘lost their lives’.

What more do you want ffs?
