Albert Alexander was told at breakfast that " Bobby Kennedy was shot dead last night ".
Albert was alleged to have said
" What was he doing going out ".

Bobby along with Stan Horne, Paul Hince and (posthumously) Harry Dowd eventually received a league winners medal in 2021 following City's request to the EFL. The regulations at the time required players to play in 25% of games (effectively 11 in a 42 game season) and with City having few injuries that season and only one substitute allowed per game they originally missed out.RIP Bobby, did a good job for us 8 seasons but missed out on a first division medal because he hadn't played enough games that season.
