Is that Holt's pub, The Winston (?) still going ?
My missus's Grandparents lived by the Precinct about 35 years ago.
It was desperate then, but probably full of Media City Hipsters ?

The Winston (Fraggle Rock), is the only pub left in the Precinct area now.
In fact, Holt's pubs, with the odd exception, are the only ones surviving in our once great city!
Definitely not full of Media City Hipsters though!
Thankful that my youth and pub going days were in the late 70's and 80's. A great upbringing!

Fucking bastards. They get all the decisions, then, when one goes against them they don’t like, the resultant penalty misses!.

Still, it’s the only thing they have any chance of winning these days, as competitions where you have to remain consistent and able to not run out of steam near the end, they fail in. It’s no wonder they got violent the way they did; the passion meter runs sky high these days for this competition unlike back in 2000 when they dumped it.

Posting “justice” just goes to show how arrogant they are and think they own the world of football although they are 14th in the only domestic trophy worth winning these days. I can’t stand Arsenal and am glad they are out, but I’d rather these two be separated and both get knocked out separately.

To think winning the FA Cup saved Tent Peg’s job, just goes to show how low the bar goes now, as in 2016 it wasn’t enough to save Van Gaal’s.

That scene in “The Street” with Jim Brodbent ripping into them is so true and I agree with every word, even though it was only acting.
