All those saying hope he doesn’t get injured and why his he playing I would rather we didn’t sign him and then he gets injured

Spend most games hoping our current players don’t get injured without worrying if potential signings get injured

If he plays for Frankfurt and gets injured then it’s their problem

Charming!

Why wish an injury on a player, especially a City target?

Then why can’t they fix their stadium and training facilities? Or is it the Glazers taking too much?
I think they are quite happy to pay themselves large dividends and directors fees whilst the ticket holders get wet. It's a matter of priorities, they are certainly not broke.

And if he gets injured then I assume the deal is off
That is the way it goes . They don’t want to sell and player even if he wants to move wants to honor his contract. If we didn’t want him to play we probably could have hurried up more .but until then no one is wrong . If he gets injured just a bad coincidence. Not in anyone’s hand but Gods will.

He’s still in their player until a fee is agreed, if he gets injured he won’t be going anywhere, so maybe this will ffwd the process to completion quicker

Have a feeling this transfer will not happen as i would imagine we will be haggling over what we consider value and what they will think . He is playing tonight and that is not a good sign.

Then why do they owe out hundreds of millions in unpaid transfer fees? Why ask City for use of our plane for their players to go to The Balon D’Or? Why cut staff bonuses?

I’m not saying they’re broke, but I am saying they’re not exactly minted either.

we are being now charged the January premium. it will be quite above the original 45m fee quoted. can see this being closer to 70m than 45m.

brutal profit for Frankfurt who signed him as a free agent summer 2023. selling him for close to 70m 18 months later wow.
