Given everything we've seen since Rodri went down, how do we not have someone in to help out in midfield. Txiki's had plenty of time to get *something* in place, and we're still running Gundo out there. We didn't exactly have control before he came on, but after? Whoof.

He just can't play. Maybe Pep wouldn't play someone ahead of him, but it would be great if we gave him the option.

That’s simply not good enough.

I hope they have a defensive midfielder lined up this window as if we don’t get a good one we won’t be playing CL football next year.

Shit result from being 2-0. We were pretty porous the whole game but it got worse when we brought gundog on. At least we can say nunes was okay and fodens goals may help get his spark back.

Same issues, zero midfield, can’t believe we have not brought anyone in yet, comical defending and useless finishing. Somehow found ourselves 2 up with 8 mins to go and lucky not to lose, brain fart by Pep with subs cost us.

Grealish should’ve been brought on to kill that game at 2-1 get it up to him to draw fouls, on Pep that one with slow substitutions, after our second they got at us and we looked fucked, Gundogan is not the choice there.

Kovacic was offering no protection whatsoever anyway. And we managed to go 2-0 up and play quite well with Gundo on - until they scored.

Beyond lazy to suggest that substitution cost us. It was piss poor defending from crosses that did us, twice.

this season sadly is about reaching 3rd or 4th and even for that we need to suffer. no higher than that.

very worried now of the PSG game in a week.

Txiki needs to hurry those deals but to be fair the midfield target needs to be prioritized now. young CB targets can wait a week, midfielder cannot.
