Just seen the news on here - yes, I'm avoiding media due to the red shite's remarkable recovery against the mighty Saints.

I call bullshit. No way would Erling sign until 2034. We are getting relegated to the National League North. He's going to Real. All clubs were put on alert, remember.

There again, maybe he wants to prove himself against the like of Spennymoor Town, Buxton and "how much to Alfreton!"

I was trying (and possibly failing!) to point out the difference (chasm) between being premier league all time top scorer and the English top division all time top scorer. Shearer (undoubtedly an absolutely superb striker) isn’t even top 3.
Greaves is miles out on top with 357 goals.
