FFS, on the BBC site from the presser:

Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola says we have "to see" if Haaland is fit for Sunday's game.

He was also evasive over a specific return for Phil Foden.
He did limp for a few mins last game but seemed to run it off

nunes appears to have no awareness of the positional sense of playing full back and is likely to dive in stupidly like the derby. If you are happy with him at full back thats up to you
Were Zinky or Delphinio left backs? did they end up doing a good job for us ?
Sure Nunes fucked up in the derby but he was ok at Brentford can that be built on ?

I’d argue the ball to Haaland is wrong. It needs to be behind the defenders (which we’ve seen Ed can do) for Haaland to run onto.
Depends. The first goal at Brentford came from a great direct ball to Haalands feet and he layed it off to savinho to kev to phil

I think his ball playing is good. Not a patch on what Ederson can do but he isnt doing that this season.

They did exactly the same job at left back as Glyn Pardoe and Dave Connor did for many years and what Bobby Kennedy did at right back back in the day.

If he is resting players with PSG in mind I hope it doesn’t blow up in his face.
He will do that. Prem league is done. He will be confident we will get top 4. PSG is huge and I’m sure there will be changes with that in mind.

I expect Lewis, maybe Dias if fit, Grealish, Doku and Gundo to all be back cor this game. Maybe Ederson too.

Ipswich looked average the other day. If we can’t beat them, we are definately in trouble.

The problem with the ball to Haaland’s feet is that he’s always got two CB’s on him because he’s up there on his own. It’ll be hard for him to fight off two defenders, but if he did it would mean more space for other players to run into, like the first goal at Brentford you’ve mentioned

Please bring eddie back , we have not gone on very well with stefan, although i like him but his playing out is always hesitant and he is not coming out when he should be
Our defence is a shambles when pressed, playing about with one 2s at the back isn't an option, Ortega is more direct and postionally stays in his 18 yard area.

At the minute a maverick goalkeeper is a problem for us, as much as I love Eddie his strengths require a strong back line and DM, which we haven't got.

Ortega makes sense until we have Dias some solidity back.

Except when he ran out like a madman leaving Ake to clear off the line whisf on his arse. Neither keeper unfortunately is convincing

He also should have saved that Norgaard header, No way should he have been beaten by that...

Numerous times throughout the game he should have came off his line to deal with a ball in behind but he stayed on his line, Eventually he did come out, Unfortunately it was when there was absolutely no need to do so...

People on here are happy enough to throw Ederson under a bus for a mistake but it’s completely fine for Ortega to make errors and make an excuse as to why he made that error.

We have two keepers that are completely out of form in my opinion and for that reason I'd go with Eddie as he offers us something that no other keeper in the world can.

Not forgetting Ortega’s error in the Fa Cup final last season that cost us.

Ok so after all the positive stuff thats been coming out over the last week especially Erlings 9.5 year contract, I have change my mind over this result from a loss to a win.

I'm really feeling upbeat about this game now, especially as it looks like by next week we'll have 2 or 3 new players added to the squad. CTID

3-0 win and we will be above Newcastle. Top 4 very much still on and shows how quickly things can change.

We have shown glimpses of better form recently but need to put it together for 90 minutes and not collapse. Pep needs to manage the team better to get us over the line and the players need to work their arses off for the full game to get it won.
