Please bring eddie back , we have not gone on very well with stefan, although i like him but his playing out is always hesitant and he is not coming out when he should be
Only if its the old Eddie.
The Eddie this season is way off his usual standard. He doesn't seem to have got over the Spurs game from last season. He has lost that confidence on the ball. I still can't forget that champions league game when we were 3 nil up.

I can see Pep looking out for a new 1st choice keeper.

My concerns are who (a) will be able to subdue Delap, and (b) who will be subbed on at the 75-minute mark. I would prefer defensive changes but knowing Pep it would be an attacking player in order to get our third (or fourth) goal to secure the win.

The only thing he's not got over is losing the chance of semi-retirement on 400k a week in Saudi.

Delap did nothing last night against Brighton. Ipswich carried very little threat and after Brighton scored they gave up.

If we lose to this lot there really is something amiss with the team.

How did Kalvin play ?

Other than the brain fart when he came out too quickly and Ake cleared it off the line, I thought he was good. He's got that ball into Haaland down to a tee now and Haaland was thriving off it on Tuesday.

I’d argue the ball to Haaland is wrong. It needs to be behind the defenders (which we’ve seen Ed can do) for Haaland to run onto.

FFS, on the BBC site from the presser:

Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola says we have "to see" if Haaland is fit for Sunday's game.

He was also evasive over a specific return for Phil Foden.

Rotation has to be the key given our upcoming matches. I can see EH, KDB and PF being on the bench for this one. Doku must be a certain starter, possibly alongside Jack & Macky.

Pep is just pepping, Haaland is fine and will start.

They will need his height.

Anything less than a win will not help our top 4 cause. But at this stage I am prepared for almost anything happening.
