I’ve been around too long to get worked up over transfer windows. However, this is the most unbelievable window since the Erickson era, and is mid season… Incredible!
Coming off the back of Pep’s 2 year extension, followed by Haaland signing a contract nobody saw coming, this really is unprecedented. What a time to be a blue!

It's been reported elsewhere & isn't beyond the realms of possibility. In fact, it's the kind if thing good bosses do to boost morale.

After the woeful (by our standards) season & injuries we've had, struggling in the PL & CL, the uncertainty of the 115 & if Pep would sign an extension, & now the revelation he's to be divorced, all of us needed a lift to assure us that what we're experiencing is hopefully a blip, & not City in terminal decline.

Going large in the transfer market & Haaland signing an astonishing 115 month extension is the kind of statement that's made the football world almost shit themselves into a coma.

None of us can confirm or deny this impromptu staff meeting took place, but I for one hope it did, & that it'll have the desired settling & reinvigorating effect.

Evidently you've never run a large enterprise, or if you have, not very well. This kind of morale boosting exercise is standard in my experience.

As I said, I can't confirm this morale boosting meeting took place, so over to you... Can you prove it didn't? Perhaps you're married to Doris the tea lady & have an inside track on the goings on at the Etihad Campus?

If only I was married to Doris!.....since the tea lady at City knows more than any chancer on twitter (or whatever it's called now) .....morale boosting? Lol

And Pep confirming we are looking for a CDM now as well. Also talk of another CM but that’s journo reports but they have been spot on so far

Marmoush
Cambiaso
CDM maybe a CM as well.

Plus Echeverri, McFarlane and potentially Bah for CFG.

Up to six could be six, but could be five or four. If Wirtz is a target though can’t see it before the summer. Wouldn’t have thought we’d bring in more than Cambiaso, and a midfielder on what we’ve done.
Then in the summer when KDB maybe Gundogan and or Bernardo leaves a midfielder, or. 2 and a keeper if Ederson goes.
 
The 3 guaranteed in Reis, Khusanov and Marmoush makes up 130m.

So 120m on 3 more players?

That seems hard to imagine in this window without outgoings.

A high profile midfielder and right back for 120m? Id be all for that.

Palacios and Singo please.
