Why are people so sensitive?
We mention and discuss loads of other stadiums, hotels, and developments for comparison. A lot of the time they are relevant. So what if it is a bit raggy, the context is fine.
I get it has potential to derail the tgread for a bit, but this has not, it has been short.
Anyway, here's one to get back to our one.. Why does the offce building cantilever in two directions, but the hotel in only one? Discuss.
I don't want to hear or contribute to the rags, this is a clear PR campaign to raise awareness/finance and don't want to help them in any way.
There is a thread in the General Football post for this.
That's fair, but some of us are not that sensitive and it is not exactly fair, if conversation merits it or there is relevance.
Which in this case is barely minimal so let's just move on anyway.

Those with more of an insight into the construction schedule can correct this if wrong (good chance)…. I’m trying to figure out the order the remaining phases will happen and assume it may be the following:
- All concrete terracing installed on main tier
- Balcony terracing installed
- Remainder on concrete floors poured
- New roof beams installed with temporary supports
- Quad Towers Installed and connected to roof
- New roof covered
- (close season) Old roof removed from pitch side access.

Sounds good to me and then the roof on the new city square very last as that space is needed for cranes and access
Also the club, staff, players, fans, colours, badge etc are all cunts. Dont want to hear that they exist. sorry if im sensitive.

Can only think it's preparation for the new taxi entry way for the hotel and the tree lining plus pavement
Great to see the concrete pour seems to have been completed on the quad pod areas now, hadn't noticed this before
Think it is a material storage compound, been there probably about 7 or 8 months, lots of stuff has come and gone there.

With all the new build going on, I can't help but think the canopies to the Metrolink station are looking really tired and grubby. Will they get a facelift?
