PSG (A) | CL | Post Match Thread

That was honestly such a frustrating performance to watch. It’s clear there are real issues with the team right now. The generational change has started this winter, but we still desperately need a proper top-class full-back and a reliable defensive midfielder. Teams are just running through us way too easily. We used to dominate because our midfield was the best in the world, with everyone in their prime. Now? Too many players look burned out. Bernardo is main culprit.

The second half was shocking. They completely outran us, and we looked lost out there. I don’t understand why Guardiola took off Ruben Dias, our best defender. what was the plan there? And as for mcatee, I just don’t see him being at our level right now. He barely even made a pass. Really disappointing performance was this.
 
That was absolutely pathetic.

Again fucking away a two goal lead, It's horrendous. When Ruben Dias doesn't play at the back we go to fuck, Absolutely no leadership when he's not playing.

No legs in midfield, We got completely over ran all over the field, Continuously pulling out of challenges and not prepared to fight for the ball along with losing every second ball.

The midfield is such a big problem, Yet we sign two fucking centre backs in January and not a midfielder to be seen! We've a lad on the bench O'Reilly who will run his heart out and able to cover the ground, Yet he won't fucking play him.

I can take getting beat on the chin and move on, I can't take half arsed displays and pulling out of challenges...That pisses me off big time. Any of them that don't want to be here and not prepared to put the hard graft in to turn this around cant rightly fuck off.

But at the moment we don’t seem bothered it’s a priority,yes certain players may not be available then ffs stick a couple of youth lads in the middle energy and pace surely they couldn’t do any worse than what we are witnessing..

Yes we will. We will finish above Brugge by beating them and then Stuttgart and PSG play each other. A win will mean we will finish above at least one of them, and both if it's a draw.
 
this ref changed the game soon as he gave yellow to dias , that fucking swung the pendulum and created a huge hole inside our back line with a hole already inside one more hole. Our new boys would’ve done much better but fuck it

I'd absolutely love Stuttgart to beat the French cunts next week and we beat Brugges
 
Nothing i didnt expect apart from us taking the lead. The needs we have are clear and rebuild is underway at least.

I had looked and seen we were 2 points out of contention and thought that the teams above us needed to help us, not realizing Brugge was one of the teams on 11 pts and their GD was worse.

How fucking sad is that?!

He was crap but so was pretty much everyone else. If he doesn't dive in and get turned by the winger we are still 2-0 (undeservedly so) but goals change games and his mistake let them back in.

I'd rather play O'Reilly in midfield than any of the others at the moment, not one of them offers anything unless playing against cannon fodder.

Really good point about the challenges, we were all saying the same, it was disgraceful. Summed up by one Phil bottled near the edge of our box late on, shocking.
