No sentiment for me.
Out-Ederson, Akanji, Stones,Walker,Rico,Gundogan,Kovacic,Bernardo, KDB, Phillips, Nunes, Grealish
Keep - Ake, Ortega, Dias, Gvardiol, Bobb ,Savio, Rodri, Doku, Haaland, Foden, O'reilly, Mcatee.
New- Kusanov, Reis, Marmoush

Need-Left back, Right back, centre half , 2 x defensive midfielders, 1 x attacking midfielder

Don't think this is going to be a quick process peeps.

when i watch City is see a team with no energy, no organisation, predictable and boring and that is on Guardiola. I don't mind nor do i expect to win stuff YoY but i do expect to be competative. Ig Guardiola cant or wont change then he is the problem and the club needs to male a decision

At the very least he needs to make the team harder to beat but he is offering no alternative just the same old crap.

The number of points we have dropped from a winning position is ridicolous and Guardiola inability to change this is is either arrogant or incompetent.
Hard comments but maybe true. Pep's race may well be run. But it was some performance while it lasted.

I don’t want to get rid of De Bruyne yet. He’s still by far the best creative player we have. His legs might have gone, but he’s still going to do damage against most PL teams next season.

Some would disagree but tough shit would by my response. I think the harsh reality of the situation is not too far from this. Let's face it, quite a few are either not good enough or aren't going to return to their previous form due to age, hunger etc. Where possible, the sooner the axe can be wielded is probably for the better. Could be a few windows to sort it though.

Anyone who wants to get rid of the greatest manager in the game, after our first bad half-season in seven years, needs to give their head a wobble. He’s not immune from criticism, but be careful what you wish for. The idea that a new manager is going to come in and instantly resolve the many problems we face, is fanciful at best. I don’t think some realise just how good we’ve had it in recent years. The rebuild is under way but it’s going to require a fair bit of patience.

100%

Don't know if Pep took one for the team by saying it was him who decided he didn't want any players in the summer but if it was it was a gamble that could set us back years! Why? Half our squad look done but that's the experience player and what your want when bringing new players in is a settled squad where where the new player can take up minutes of the players who have won it all for us and then stay another year at lest being around new players! Now the new players who come in have to be on it have to perform have to win! If they don't we will be in a situation like Chelsea were and Pep leaving in two years with team not at the top pushing for the main trophies!

Just city pulling the buyout of Bruno G and a right back in the summer and I believe new wouldn't be in this mess!

100% agree

but that was still a horrendous capitulation, and hard to watch

oh and what justification was there for the drug test avoider on co comms

Of course Pep should stay! How we forget that we are the reigning champions - No.1 from 192, and we have been in that position for six years in the last seven.

Time waits for nobody, naturally, but we were beaten by a team playing Pep's way - false nine, aggressive in the press. They were excellent and deserved the win. What they have is athleticism all over the pitch, and we could not deal with it. It happens. Most of us know where we are - we have a group of players, absolute legends of the club, who are no longer physically able to cope with multiple games per week. We may have been too loyal to a small group, but they have been required to play because we have, by choice, a small squad, and one that has been hit with the worst injury list in a decade. We are currently buying a group of young players who seem to have the athleticism that we have missed, but also will provide the opportunity to properly rest players who are vulnerable.

If we are not competitive next season, then we will think again, perhaps. But remember that every other team playing in this country, and in Europe, looks at us with admiration for our football and our business. It may be grudging admiration from some, but they all know just how good we have been, and how easily we may return to those levels.

Are we now the official flat track bullies, love it against the piss weak teams, have no clue and get run ragged against the better teams
Of course not. Anyone judging us in performances against Salford, Ipswich and Leicester just made an error of their own. We are not at the level we were, and anyone with insight knows that. We are better than we were a month ago, but nowhere near what we have been.

Bit of a miracle in itself that we managed to go 2 up against a team running us ragged. As many have said we are lacking energy, pace and defensively we are truly shocking.

I hope young Cole doesn’t have a field day on Saturday.

I couldn’t of put it any better mate

All great teams suffer ‘die back’ in the end. The trick now is to recruit the next generation of great players. This window shows we are ready to do that. We have the cash, top players want to come here, we are building a great campus. Seeing a new team emerging will be fascinating fun.
We must NOT fall into the trap of entitlement. If we suffer for a while, that, as they say, is football. Crikey mates, standing on the old Kippax and watching us struggle in Div 2 or watching Pearce’s team failing to score at home, again, that was purgatory. This is not. Would you rather be Spurs, last champions in 1961? Hic modus in rebus.
