He’ll get a life sentence with a minimum number of year tariff before he’s eligible for parole, won’t he?God knows mate. These sentences always seem to run concurrently which I presume is down to the law, but I find it frustrating in such serious cases. It's at times like this that I wish we had the American system - not saying their justice system is perfect by the way - where they give out sentences so long that even if you lived until you were 120 you'd still be locked up.
It’s unlikely that that parole board would grant his request, should he be lucky enough to be alive at that point.
