Yeah it's absolutely hilariousThe pathetic state of that lot, Stone was being interviewed by his own trainee. That's insight folks, like their "Giggs discovered Marmoush" strapline.

Chucking money at a problem and bringing any old nobhead in is the strategy that them down the road have employed and look at the state their squad is in. Whilst I am sure the club will be looking to bring someone in if the price is right, I am less worried about it than I was before the PSG game. We are desperate for a holding midfielder and everyone can see that but the likes of Douglas Luiz or Ederson won’t single handedly drag us into the top 4 or the next round of the champions league. The best in the business will be back next season and so will we.
Spot on.We are all praying Rodri comes back the same player but we just do not know. He could easily get injured again or not have the mindset to get stuck in which would be playing at the back of his mind.Luiz ticks all the boxes for now. It's just absolutely false that the player we want isn't available. EVERY player is available for the right price, it's whether we agree to pay it or not. They clearly have one eye on Rodri coming back so don't want to go all out, which is understandable, but IMO we have zero idea how Rodri is going to comeback from such a big injury. We can't afford to piss about with what has been proven to be the most important position in the whole squad for us.
Why Kev?Everyone has seen over the last few months that we need a defensive midfielder, we are constantly getting over run most games.
O’Reilly should be given a chance and let Kev guide him

Did he???O'Reilly kept giving the ball away in a cameo against Ipswich when 6 nil up .
But he's from the academy so get em in .
Come stop spouting this myth that top players won't got to a none champions league team!
Did he read about him in a 442 mag left on his brothers bedroom floorThe pathetic state of that lot, Stone was being interviewed by his own trainee. That's insight folks, like their "Giggs discovered Marmoush" strapline.
Wouldnt mind him, just dont think they'll sell this window or he'll be a target come summer either. Can’t believe people on here are turning their noses at Tchouameni. He’s got everything we want physically in a midfielder, and would be great both next to Rodri or in place of. He’s also got a good shot on him. Can see him adding goals to his game like Yaya & Rodri did once they moved here.
Rumours are Madrid are after Kimmich. If that does happen, I think they’ll spend big on a centre back.
Its the exception. Easy to look at the biggest transfers from the last few years and if the top players do move, its generally to a Champions League team (Barring those goin for the cash in Saudi or for the cash to the Rags). It will compromise us significantly if we don't qualify. Got to accept that reality!Come stop spouting this myth that top players won't got to a none champions league team!

This suggests a player would rather move to a Forest side that has just finished third after avoiding relegation the last two years over a City side that have come fifth after four titles on the bounceIts the exception. With that logic most of the midfielders shouldn't be playing then because they've all been completely shite for majority of the last 2 and half month. Akanji is having his worst season since he arrived in his natural position, and Stones can't stay fit and now we are supposed to believe they are the answer. No one is saying these youth lads are the second coming of Fernandinho, but if we aren't buyin ti the simmer what's currently out there isn't working, playing two unfit and or out of form CB seems more ridiculous than a kid whose natural position is CM.O'Reilly kept giving the ball away in a cameo against Ipswich when 6 nil up .

I’d much rather we drop serious money on Baleba tbh. You’d get 10 years out of himCan’t believe people on here are turning their noses at Tchouameni. I'm not slagging him, but if he is unfit and struggling at CB, surely he's going to struggle in centre midfield where he's not played?A tad unfair knowing he’s been playing because he’s been the “least unfit” defender who has been able to get away with it…for the most part.
