Rico at full back and Guardiol at centre half;-)Which is all I was trying to say, people claiming the media are having a pop without justification was my issue. He was poor so he got a poor write up. Marmoush was good so therefor he got a good write up. It is that simple really. Rico left back and Gvardiol in the middle was the option and as I have said a few times now my issue is with Pep more than the young lad, he was thrown in on Saturday.
Not paranoid at all.Major paranoia there, targeted attack? He had a horrible debut, gave a goal away, booked within 3 minutes and then gave the ball away a few times. Marmoush isn't getting singled out is he because he looked great, sadly for the lad he had a stinker. He did grow into the game. He is 20 years old and not played much recently, he shouldn't have started really.
Who is TGTG?TGTG....you're a gutless shithouse.
You slagged the lad, and the situation off, then when asked a reasonable question as to YOUR alternative you chickenshit your response.
Stupid is as stupid says !!
Who is TGTG?
Weird, that." It took fewer than six minutes of Abdukodir Khusanov’s debut for the £33.8m centre-back to be given a round of sarcastic applause for making a successful five-yard backpass to Ederson".
Part of a report from The Guardian. How can applause be sarcastic ? I don't understand how the reporter couldn't see that we clapped to give the lad confidence , given his shaky start .
It seems it's now fair game in the press to go in hard on a 19 year old debutant who has had one training session and can't speak English . Both reports , in this apology for a sports section , spend more time piling in on him than anything else . Why not talk about a truly limp performance from Chelsea (where Palmer goes MIA) and their car crash recent form or City's switch from possession based football to improvisation and route one .
Appalling and brutal approach. Let's hope the dressing room uses it .
Roan had plenty to say, he was on the scene at the time and had to apologise when he was caught making some disgusting comments about the Leicester owner.BBC reporting that the inquest jury for the Leicester City helicopter crash inquiry is retiring.
Could anyone please care to remind me why Dan Roan does not appear to be reporting on this? He is usually so alert and commanding on such matters from his position of holier than thou certitude.
I don't think it's an ability thing with Rico but he lacks strength although age is on his side as he's only 20. I think we need to give the lad a bit of time.Lewis has had his day at full back surely. It's an experiment that hasn't worked.
Akanji risked taking the lad’s head off if he’d gone through the ball as he was already in the motion of lowering his head to the ball.As - probably - an older player and coach, we always used to say that the lad facing the right way should take control and blast it clear if necessary. I blamed Akanji immediately, but, it was an awkward situation for him as well.
Never mind; all's well that ends well. Kushanov's going to be just fine, I believe. That was some 5 minutes for the lad. Good luck to him - he deserves it.
100% should have been sacked. His forced 'apology' was the most insincere apology I think I've ever heard.Roan had plenty to say, he was on the scene at the time and had to apologise when he was caught making some disgusting comments about the Leicester owner.
The slimy, sneering twat should have been sacked but as it's the BBC, nothing happened.
Hopefully karma pays the cnut a visit..100% should have been sacked. His forced 'apology' was the most insincere apology I think I've ever heard.

It was moment when the Roan mask slipped. He seems to have a problem with foreign owners of businesses. I wonder why?Roan had plenty to say, he was on the scene at the time and had to apologise when he was caught making some disgusting comments about the Leicester owner.

That’s what I’ve been trying to find out, but I can’t find a clip of it anywhere.
Apparently the presenter wasn’t blameless though too either, the way he led Sherwood into the comments, making insinuations about us.
The Club should write to Sky asap Monday morning and put down a marker about this sort of shite in any future broadcasts.
I’d also expect/hope for the presenter to get a written warning or whatever too.
Edit.
