Andrea Cambiaso

Not needed imo.

His preferred foot is left. Gvardiol should always be starting on LB.

I’d rather take that 60m we’ll offer and throw it on top of any bid we’ll give Newcastle for Bruno G… we got enough defenders, we should be focusing on midfielders.

Sounds like it could be champions league dependant. Juve may want to keep him
I think there are many top players under consideration by other clubs who are waiting for Champions League knockout stage standings on Weds night, or who are key players in teams competing for CL positions in their domestic league. That can be worth more than any transfer fee!

If we need a Bruno G type midfielder, we could get Douglas Luiz for £40m.

Good of us to tell them 2 days in advance via some twatter bloke
The “Twatter bloke” is just regurgitating what is in the Italian press (it’s from an article from tuttosport). Either way it’s prob bullshit but they aren’t trying to pass it off as their own info

He isn't left footed, Probably play right back. What we spend on him or a fullback makes no difference to our midfield recruitment. Be very surprised if Guimaraes moves anywhere, think our midfield target will be somebody else, no idea who though

Yeah Cambiaso would be our RB and Pep will make him his Man City Kimmich imo.

Gvardiol is a CB, but Pep never plays him there. Ake is far better when at LB but like Stones and Dias he's made of glass.

I thought I read that Cambiaso can play left and right, might be wrong but surely Walker has to be replaced, just my opinion and you may well be right, and I agree we must bring in a midfielder.

Yes he's two footed - quicker than all our other players except Erl & Nunes (fastest)
33.82 Top speed (km/h)

How many full backs we got again?

He is a left footed. He’s got a useful and functional right foot, doesn’t make him right footed though.

Similarily to peak KDB, his left foot was good, he could assist and score with it.. but he wasn’t left footed.

I watched Juve’s last game fully and their game with Aston Villa in November. His usage of his right foot was limited barring the simple short passes.

Played primarily as a left back this season, and the times he played as a RW, he was more of an inverted winger.

Had three times more shots with his left foot vs right foot this whole season.

Don’t get me wrong, he’s potentially a great player. But I’m not a fan of shoehorning players in positions they’re not comfortable with just due to their overall versatility or purchase fee.

Gvardiol has too many defensive lapses to be a centerback. Great football ability though, shouldn’t be limiting him - exceptional going forward. If we continue with employing him as a traditional left back (akin to Chelsea’s game) he will win everyone over.

He “can” play right, yes - but shouldn’t we buy someone who actually plays right and is naturally right footed?

You're right I think;-)

Got close to 100 career games on the right, can tackle, cross and pass with it. Gonna think the club have probably thought about it by now.

He’s actually only played 28 games as a right back. You can’t count right midfield there, as he could very well be using his left foot to create chances.

I’ve spent the last 30 mins looking at various highlights videos of him, didn’t see one cross with his right foot.

But yes, no doubts that the club did their reasearch and scouting and know all about this.
