Feels like Juve are quite happy to keep him. One to watch, I’ve been seeing Italian sources say they are expecting a Cambiaso bid in the next 48 hours for the past 5 days

Tbf, if the 3 signings to date are it, I'm more than happy already. People will moan about the DM, but it is still an improvement to the squad, adds bodies and cover. And options, if Pep's tinkering has taught us anything.

Sounds like we want cambiaso and Juve are trying to get rid of Luiz at the same time to me, maybe we were willing to offer a paid loan as part of the deal as a favour but Juve are insistent on selling him.
As a 6 month loan with no obligation to buy, I like it, otherwise I'm not so sure. Haven't a few other prem teams been interested in him like Forest? I would imagine he's just saying no to them hoping we buy him, but if we do, is he really a player we want in the squad longer than this season? The club clearly don't rate him enough to buy him.

Watched the villa video 2024 he looked absolutely top notch.Either he has fell of a cliff or people who don't want him are blind.
