That's just my own guess, could be wrong of course. Based as much on where hotel pricing seems to be going and what we may well expect generally the time this one opens. But who knows, they may have various deals and bolt-on packages available where you get a discount with a ticket or whatever. In theory, as youn say, keeping people 'on campus' will have a draw and it may be they'd rather have people pay a bit less and use the f&b around the grounds than geting a cheaper deal elsewhere. All pure conjuncture. Depends on who ends up operating it too, and if there is any link with the other offerings as part of it.
