President Trump

Next thing is you’ll be telling me the CIA were responsible for the crack epidemic.
The CIA were responsible for the crack epidemic as part of a deep state plot to discredit loyal Americans. Under the leadership of Kash Patel, the FBI will begin immediate investigations of those CIA agents responsible for allowing crack cocaine into our country.

Under my leadership, we will drain the swamp, purging all disloyal FBI and CIA agents and rebuilding our law enforcement and security institutions from the ground up.

He doesn’t recognize ANY OUTSIDE AUTHORITY beyond Article II of the U.S. Constitution, and he only cares about that because it gives him such wide latitude.

Here’s the simple game plan:

Trump asserts it.
Loyalists do it.
Someone says it’s illegal.
Trump says “Sue me!”
Congress complains they’re being usurped.
Suit is filed, but Trump’s desire enacted until stopped by Courts.
If it makes it to Court, Trump owns much of the Federal Court system.
Even if a Federal Court overturns Trump, he appeals.
Appeal goes to SCOTUS.
The same 6-3 SCOTUS that just decided Trump is above the law as President, sits in judgment…

…and by then we are literally months past the evisceration and illegality of the Executive Actions, which means people have already been fired, institutions have already been dismantled, and every guardrail has already been demolished!

Additionally, THAT PROCESS^^^^ has to be done for EVERY SINGLE ILLEGAL EXECUTIVE ACTION!!!

Meanwhile, Musk & Trump grift more and demolish the USA’s institutions.

Today, it’s the DOJ and the FBI (wonder why??), tomorrow it is the Department of Education!

And all of this is against PARTY LINE VOTES IN SUBCOMMITTEE for RFK Jr for HHS and Tulsi Gabbard (Russian puppet) for DNI (TOP, TOP DEFENCE INTELLIGENCE PROFESSIONAL IN THE GOVT!!!).

WHAT.THE.ACTUAL.FUCK.
SCOTUS will only take about 60 cases a year, so if he is relying on a captive court he will be disappointed. Legal circles are predicting the administration will have to fight about 1,000 suits in the first year.

Can't the Trump administration simply jurisdiction-shop? Get a favorable ruling. And then it's up to his opponents to appeal. The SCOTUS bottleneck then works in his favor.

The translation of his bluster about all the beautiful things they will do with Gaza is that he sees a golf course and a casino there.
(Maybe he'll let a few Palestinians stay on as bus boys.)
It will be the 53rd state after Canada and Panama.

The suits against his administration will be filed in Washington DC. There they will stay and the likelihood of him winning any is very small. The bench are sticklers for the rule of law and the constitution and even the Republican judges are very sceptical of attempts to undermine those.

Careful, ChicagoBlue!

Now that Elon has direct access to the Treasury, I've instructed him to cut off all benefits from subversives such as you.

I don’t get any money from the Treasury, I help fill their coffers so they can give the money to Trump lowlifes. And, what I gave last year would make your eyes water!!!

And we're looking into your status as a US Citizen - just because you were born in the USA from parents who are US Citizens, doesn't automatically make you a citizen!

I was born in Torquay, while my Dad was playing football for Torquay United in the early 60s. He’s from Withington and my Mum’s from Rusholme. You won’t know where those places are, but they’re not in the States.

I came to the USA on August 15th, 1982. I got a green card through marriage in 1986 and became a citizen in 1993, in Orlando, FL.

I’m the poster child for what was the American Dream…poor kid who made something of himself and made a few bucks along the way.

However, I’m hoping my “anchor babies” will save me. If not, that illegal nude model turned FLOTUS will be my first witness at the hearing!

(P.S. I know you were joking, even though you made a mistake on my heritage.)

SCOTUS also takes emergency cases on immediate matters of Constitutional importance.

Cheers - I'm (obviously) not a legal expert.

Is there no scope/possibility to change venue, bring in a sympathetic judge to assume jurisdiction, etc?

If there's a way to bypass the fair and impartial court system - Trump's extremely competent staff will find it.

Lawsuits are “shopped” to favorable locations all the time! However, Trump’s Executive Orders will end up at the SCOTUS if he doesn’t get his way from the lower courts.
