I thought it was always the case that only cup scheme members could transfer. Difference this season is that you don’t have the option to have a mobile ticket which could be forwarded via email. Now the only option is to load to your matchday pass/wallet.Did City advertise that ticket transfer is only allowed between cup scheme members?

It’s only ever been the case since digital tickets were introduced and it’s in the ticketing terms and conditions on the club website. The recipient doesn’t have to be in the scheme but the sender does.Did City advertise that ticket transfer is only allowed between cup scheme members?
Originally the club’s intention when digital season tickets were launched was that season ticket holders could only transfer league games. But there were a lot of complaints from cup scheme people that tickets would be going to waste if (for whatever reason) they couldn’t attend, especially as the club had decided that Ticket Exchange wasn’t going to be available for cup games. The club acknowledged that this was unfair on those who’d committed to a cup scheme and backed down.

Yeah, managed to transfer my club brugge seat to him but don’t have the option at the minute.
I have the same issue, transfer button just greyed out even tho I'm on cup scheme.

From memory it takes 24-48 hours after payment is taken before transferring becomes an available option for cup scheme tickets. Unless you’re going to have no online access whatsoever between now and the game I wouldn’t be too concerned just yet.Still no transfer allowed for home game v Real Madrid. Why do they always make it so difficult?!

Strangely, I've bought my partner a ticket for the seat next to me and that's already showing in my wallet.
However, despite being in the CL Cup Scheme I've received nothing whatsoever for my own seat, and my account hasn't been debited.
