City launch legal action against the Premier League | Club & PL reach settlement | Proceedings dropped (p1147)

Shouldn't really be a surprise to anybody this. we won the last one, the rules were not amended to reflect what the rulings said despite the plea to do it properly and ensure they were, and they were warned of a similar legal response should they not, so we do it again. We'll win once again and this time the incompetence cannot be swept under the rug heads will have to roll.

Presumably this backs up City’s position prior to the November vote that the sensible option would have been to wait for full determination on the first APT?

By having the second vote they have taken it beyond the jurisdiction of the first tribunal meaning they need two separate proceedings - whereas if they hadn’t had the vote they could have just amended the rules in line with the determination of the first panel?

It all seems like a colossal waste of time and money.
Yes I think so. But obviously going on what the 3 press pieces say only.
