Madrid Home tickets

Is anyone else still unable to add them to their mobile wallet?
Mine wasn't showing earlier so went into my ticketing account, went on the membership tab, clicked the box next to my name and then clicked download. It will show you already have the pass loaded but it adds the match ticket on to the pass. I did this with my sons as well and it also worked for my tickets against Inter.
 
That's horrible mate hope you're ok.

They can definitely transfer them as I said they've sent my friends to me, I know it's a ballache but I'd be trying again and telling them it can be done as you know people who've received them.

Have anyone still not had their payment took out yet as I'm on the cup scheme my still not been taken out. Phone up yesterday she said they may take it out Monday or up to ko or if not go to the ticket office before the game I'm not sure on this.

I’ve edited my post as I’ve got it to work now.

I deleted the pass already in my phone’s wallet (which wasn’t updated), then logged into my ticket account, went onto the membership tab, downloaded the pass into my wallet and the Madrid ticket is already on there.

Hopefully this will work for yourself.

I am ST holder on cup scheme. A mate of mine (ST holder NOT on cup scheme) is linked to my friends and family and bought a Madrid ticket. He now cannot go due to work commitments. He’s happy to transfer to me so I can take my Mum (it genuinely is her bday) - will we be told to bugger off or will they let us transfer?

If your mate "lost" his phone and turned up to the supporter services portakabin early with Name, Supporter Number and DoB "he" would be able to ask for a QR code printing out.

Legend, that worked. Was on hold to City with a wait of 1 hour 30, so had to plenty of time to find this

I didn't want to chance waiting around or getting him into any trouble, so I called them. After an eternity on hold, all they said they'd do is offer an 'exceptional' refund as policy is that you can only request a refund up to days before the event (hilarious, as he only purchased the ticket on Monday). No transfers either. Any money that seat will be empty tomorrow, as the site is claiming it's sold out!
 
Bought my 7 year old son a ticket in 309, the end block of the East Stand Level 3 so he could come and sit on my knee in 211. Did this because that's all what was available when it got to his criteria with his membership.

Turns out that 309 go in at Entrance G and I go in at Entrance J. No idea why as there are definitely people in the 3rd tier who go in through our entrance. Now got to to do a bit of schmoozing with stewards on my entrance tomorrow....

On three occasions this season, I've bought tickets with my sons in block 111. Their designated turnstile is K but mine is H. Very strange.
 
My Madrid ticket was not in my wallet yesterday but Newcastle was. My lads was updated though in the same wallet.

I logged out of my ticket account then logged back in and Madrid appeared. I did so using the original email link City sent me for my season card at the start of the season as I am not tech savy.

Also had the error message (sorted now) when trying to transfer my brothers ticket on F & F so tried to call them, 1 hour 20 wait. What shite customer service.
 


My partner wants to attend the Real Madrid home game and my mate (who normally sits next to me) isn't in the CL Cup Scheme
Both are on my "Family and Friends" so what could possibly go wrong?

1/ I bought a ticket for his seat last Monday, but could only transfer it to his wallet or mine

2/ I chose my wallet, but unbeknown to me this automatically blocked my Cup Scheme payment

I assumed that you could have more than one ticket in your wallet (not dissimilar to an airline boarding pass) and simply swipe my partner through the turnstile. However this obviously isn't the case.

3/ Normally the Cup Scheme payments are processed before the remaining tickets go on sale. However on this occasion they weren't processed until the Thursday

Ultimately my normal seat went into Ticket Office limbo, showing as RESERVED on my City Ticket Account, but no effort to debit my bank account or even contact me and query why somebody who had attended every single European game at the Etihad suddenly wasn't interested

4/ I phoned the Ticket Office on Friday but a recorded message indicated that I would be waiting for 50 minutes.

I then emailed the help desk and finally had a reply on Saturday morning, basically offering to refund my original payment in order to process the Cup Scheme Payment .

In other words, cancel my partner's ticket even though she was supposed to be sitting next to me.

I didn't see this until returning from Orient, but my partner then suggested the farcical but ultimately inspired idea of manually paying for my own seat, and then transferring it to her wallet

So now she's sitting in my seat (for £57.50 when my cup scheme payment should have been £47.50) whilst I'm sitting in my mate's seat for £52.50
So all's well that ends well, but I think the appropriate phrase rhymes with clucking bloke.
 
A friend is getting this message when trying to transfer ticket he is on cup scheme, any advice?

It said similar when I transferred my brothers to me and I sent it a mate on friends and family.

My brother checked his ticket account and it said it was with the guy I had transferred it to.I could see nothing in my account.

Get the person you have transferred it to to check their ticket account maybe to see if its there?
