Request the tickets in any email format then sell them on if you can't go

There was no option to have in an e-mail format ,

I've just emailed them to ask if I can have my ticket in an email format.
That was after being on hold for 45 minutes to be told I couldn't transfer it or get a refund.
Even though it's a sell out and people are still requesting tickets.
Oh you have to apply for a refund 7 days prior to the game.
I only got my ticket on Thursday.

Can't you copy the link for the mobile ticket and send it to whoever ? That's what I did with mine

someone replied to my message on here on friday , i think, and said ring them and they will transfer it for me .Ive just got off the phone after over an hour and 30 on hold and even though ive had an emergency operation on thursday and can not move i can not transfer my ticket or my sons or get a refund so now ive paid for 2 tickets and can not use use them. ive been a season ticket holder for nearly 40 years and fucking disgusted
