Yea, you're right but i can't think of a better team for him to join after RM than City.
A stint in the PL at City would be unbelievable.

He's absolute quality on the pitch.
He is a great player, none denies that, but his mentality its what gets him in trouble alot lately...arguing with others, refs etc etc....if he had the mentality of CR7 he would have been unstoppable

Also premier league is more phisicaly than la liga, that dont suit him

Just saw an article on BBC sport of us v real and how its a rivalry. It sunk in, these are our rivals now. Not the potless Gunners not the once in a generation dippers or even the mid table rags (to be honest they'll always be rivals) but on a pure sporting level, Real Madrid are our rivals. Wow.

I mean, when you look where city was 20 years ago, and what it has become in the last 10 years, can you name one club that had a similar rise beside lets say PSG?

Sure the new ownership and money helped, but brining pep also helped alot

But how many of you could have said 20 years ago that your biggest rival today would be Real Madrid in the Champions League, and that Real really wanna avoid city as much as they can( it seems last 4 seasons it cant)

The quesiton one day after Pep leaves is who will take charge and if it can bring the same success?

24 hours to go. I hope tomorrow goes quick. 1pm finish at work (forced) so it’s just going to drag.

Their players have said that. It’s us and them nowadays. Pretty fucking amazing really.

We are a tier 1 club that has been established. I see the next goal for the club to hunt down Bayern for second all-time in European trophies.

I think that Pep will leave whoever his successor is a really good squad so they land on their feet a bit like Slit has at Licerpool.

I think this is Carlo last season however it ends....Perez is set on getting Xabi Alonso. Im not sure after Pep who..there is not much quality managers that coulc continue what Pep did.

RB's out Cavajal ACL Vazquez withdrawn Valverde their best midfielder to cover for Vazquez at right-back.

CB'S out Militao ACL, Rudiger hamsting50-50 for 2nd leg, Alaba just returning ACL and injured previous game, Asencio and Tchouameni (1 booking from sus 2nd leg) will be trusted at centre back.

Jude Bellingham, Luka Modric, Aurelien Tchouameni, Eduardo Camavinga and Endrick, all of them picking up two yellow cards so far this season, 1 booking from suspension in the 2nd leg

Yeah, our defence is a big problem, with valverde playing RB a boost to the defence but a minus to our mid

Cards could be a problem for sure...especialy if the first leg dont go in real favor

The rumours I have heard suggest either Frank Clark or Steve Coppell are coming back
