Well, that was ten days ago. Heard she was out of action for a while and would be back in her own time, but if she's not at home for any reason hope her beloved cat is being looked after.

I've been wondering about @BimboBob myself recently but for those of you who don't know Noel has been battling the big C.

I spoke to him on the phone a few months back and heard nothing since. I had been meaning to text him but didn't want to appear intrusive so hung fire.

He text me earlier today with good news saying - "it would appear that there's no cancer showing up on any of my scans! It's gone (disappeared) according to my consultant!. Going to have 2 more immunotherapy sessions then more scans before they are completely sure but... wahey! I should be around for the Liverpool game, been offered a ticket.

I've met Bimbo a few times at meet ups and as well as being one of my favourite BM posters he's a really top fella in person so I'm made up for him. Let's all hope he fully recovers. X

I lost an old workmate last weekend aged only 45 to a rare form of blood cancer, to say I was gutted when I found out is an understatement. I trained him up 8 years ago and we worked all over the UK as a 3 man gang having some top camaraderie and laughs along the way. I was hoping to nip up to Sunderland to stay the weekend and watch the Black Cats play but, RIP Kev lad.

Back on track. Anyway, maybe we should arrange another BM meet up with bimbo himself. I'm talking a Bluemoon living legend here. The guy once shagged Sam Fox in her prime, FFS!
