Sorry can't agree. The FA cup, in my opinion, is a big priority for many teams that are not going to be in the running for the major prizes, look at Newcastle's excitement at being at Wembley in the League cup. The 5th round draw has some great ties, in which I would imagine the teams will run their bollocks off to win through to the next round. Also, with teams like us, the dippers and arse, it becomes part of a very exclusive double or even a treble. So yes I disagree.Yesterday's defeat for the dippers will only matter if they get beat again during the week. The FA Cup is not even a minor priority for most teams now. The eyes are on the big prize. I do have a hunch however that they might have played their best football already this season and might start to struggle in the weeks ahead. Wishful thinking?
Wrong in this case. Yes i agree many clubs will prioritise the league over the Cup but the liverpool loss will hit hard as they genuinely thought the quad was on. As did i in fairness.Yesterday's defeat for the dippers will only matter if they get beat again during the week. The FA Cup is not even a minor priority for most teams now. In fairness Argyle also fielded a weakened side as they have a big game coming up.Poetic.
Arne Slot's seamless succession to Jurgen Klopp as Liverpool manager has shown he is not only an outstanding coach but a fast learner - but he was given a harsh lesson in one of the game's oldest rules on a wild afternoon in Devon.
Never play fast and loose with the grand old FA Cup.
The sight of Plymouth Argyle, bottom of the Championship, embarrassing Premier League leaders and the previously all-conquering Liverpool with this fourth-round victory was a compelling response to those who would to attempt to downgrade the magic and history of the competition.
And for Slot, it proved to be the first wrong move in a stellar start at Anfield, proof that you try to play tricks with the FA Cup at your peril.

Plymouth Argyle 1-0 Liverpool: Arne Slot gets harsh FA Cup lesson in shock defeat
Liverpool boss Arne Slot learns you cannot mess with the FA Cup after an embarrassing defeat at Plymouth, writes chief football writer Phil McNulty.www.bbc.co.uk
Nah. In the mind of some supporters yes. But for the club staff and players its not really a consideration. If it happens all well and good but massive rotations are done in the full knowledge that games may be lost. The game against Everton was prioritised and is what matters most to the Club. Of course fans dream of all sorts of achievements but thankfully they don't get to pick the team.Wrong in this case. Yes i agree many clubs will prioritise the league over the Cup but the liverpool loss will hit hard as they genuinely thought the quad was on. As did i in fairness.
The english treble is a big thing for liverpool. They havent done it.

One of the finest moments in Plymouth Argyles history and the media doesn't give them the credit they deserve.Of course it should have! It’s such a joke!!
Arsenal? Really.Sorry can't agree. On the subject of dead chickens.....They have a few questions for prospective members before they approve your application.
Are you a good climber?
Can you name 3 famous dead Chickens?
Was Bob Paisley better looking than Susan Boyle?
The dippers love dishing it out but they can never take it.In the news today, 2 fans banned for "tragedy chanting"
City fan 3 year ban for shouting "m*******g bastards.
Chelsea fan sacked from the Police for chanting something at Dippers!
Probably not nice but bans and losing job, Jesus.
Why are their fans never caught or charged with anything.
I'm pissed off with the City Steward that reported this, just have a word.
I'm pissed off that a highly trained officer ( I think he was a Police Officer) has been sacked. Again somebody have a word but getting sacked!
Put a price on training someone to be in the Police, it's money tossed away because of those mard arses!
For the legal experts on here, was the City fans mistake admitting to it?
How can they prove it, could've been shouting anything

Don't forget what Mark Lawrenson said. "It's Liverpool's dirty secret ".The answer is that at every L’Pool game the crowd should just, in unison, read out the names if the 39 dead at Heysel, over and over and over again.
I have the list.
