Todays look around

There is a wee balcony there outside the tv studio rooms, that will probably also be used as a maintenance platform. Seen it before in images, will try dig out.what's this concrete platform to the left of the sky bar terracing ?
Thanks for this one again - I've cropped 3 shots out of it and annotated it showing where/how the roof trusses will connect to the support at the back - which is already there and has been for weeks if you look!
Mount points on trusses

Having checked the DAS , so only the centre 10 connections are up already - there's two more to be put up outside of both of the towers yet

Can’t upload photo but they are massiveThat's only about two thirds of the full beam btw. At the other end u can see the big cross structure will connect, where the tifo is shown hanging in some of the images. That length of beam looks like it is from the back of the skybar, to that large cross beam in the image below.

Think it is an empty loading palette, for stacking materials and lifting with a crane. The 4 point are where the 4 cables of the crane connect to, to keep it steady. You see another of them (or possibly the same one) on the ground of the compound next to the tower at 7.50 minutes. What's this piece that was being lifted at about 1 min 31 sec View attachment 146399
Cranes have ropes, cables are used for control i.e brake cables. They seem to use a lot polyester round slings on site, which are good because they don't damage the material they are liftingThink it is an empty loading palette, for stacking materials and lifting with a crane. By the time the actual roof is on, doubt you'd see most of the pitch from up there. There is another central viewing platform right at the edge of the new roof, but doubt that would be anything more than seeing kick-off for a fee.The view from my season ticket standing place last night. When the observation deck is up there it's going to look immense! Do you think City will let us watch a game from up there? You'd get an amazing view of the tactical battles, much better than being on row L anyway that's for sure!
