Rico showed that he learned a lot from Nunes in the Derby
Most were expecting us to lose with 5 goals so only losing with 1 is better than expected.Don't get the optimism on here. Did I watch a different game? Should have ended about 7-2 to Madrid on chances and Madrid were awful.
It’s not impossible but unlikely. Having said that we are capable of winning any game - but not shown much of that this season.Time to do a RM on RM in Spain.
Fly Tuesday, win or lose on the fucking booze.
We are City, we love lager, taking over Bratislava.
Says who?He 100% wanted to leave and a deal was on the table and then fell through
I hope Dias gets closer to Maya Jama than he did to Bellingham at their winner
Really?Rico showed that he learned a lot from Nunes in the Derby
And no leadersA disgrace. Again.
This team is so weak.
Kovacic appalling. Gundo appalling. Lewis appalling.
Pep’s decision to drop Stones into defence for Kovacic was his worst managerial decision in a long time.
Kev was abysmal. Ederson cost us massively.
Team has no fucking spine.
Great postAbsolutely bang on the money pal. Great post
Yes then. We're only a goal down at half time. Stop wetting yerselves and keep the faith!

Thought this leg would be tbf.Can anyone see the 2nd leg not being 5 or 6? If so I’d love to know how, based on that.
I’m available mate if Joe is busyI’ve got zero faith in Ortega or Ederson not to give any goals away.
Well at least we'll be put out of our misery in this competition, there's been so many embarrassing collapses it's astonishing!Yep, 3-2 hugely flattered us tonight. Would be no surprise to have another 5-1 thrashing next week
Mate, there's faith and then there's cloud cuckoo land. If we get anything other than battered in Madrid, it would be a miracle. I'd put our chances of going through at less than 1%.We're only a goal down at half time. Stop wetting yerselves and keep the faith!

The big question is what are we transitioning into. I don’t see anything from this group of players and Pep to see much other than a big decline. If anything next season will be the transitional season and only with a huge summer will that go the right way.Did anyone really expect anything else? To go into the second leg with an outside chance is something I would have settled for pre-kickoff. This season is a transition. If we qualify for next season's Chumps League I will be happy. The FA Cup should be a realistic target too given the dippers, tarquins and chavs are out.
Back in the day I would have died happy with just one FA Cup win - perspective required!
Agreed, love berni but he's a liability, stupid foul for the first.Kovacic for Ake fucking stupid. Lewis instead of Khasanov for Akanji - stupid. Gundo coming on instead of Gonzalez - stupid. Taking off Savio and leaving on Silva for Marmoush - stupid. Pep had an absolute howler tonight.
This isn’t hindsight either, this got said at the time of every sub.
