I think there are a couple of SC justices and lower court justices who are effective lackeys through either bizarre legal views or actual dollars (Alito and Thomas, Cannon). That’s all he’s needed to date, but I think there are probably enough impartial and/or otherwise to prevent a complete dismantling of the separation of powers.

There is significant evidence that Thomas is bent. And also significant evidence that Alito and Cannon are extremely pro Trump.

Even the most ardent Trump fans accept he stole documents, hid them in his toilet and refused to give them back. He was incredibly lucky that Cannon was assigned to that case. Any other judge and that case would have been the back drop to the election.

When I asked why I was told the government wanted their people to speak the languages of international business for the betterment of themselves and more importantly the nation as that opens up the majority of the world to invest in them.

The UK education system is set up to just be clever enough to pass tests then go into work. There's no ambition. More subservience.

The West has become lazy and the BRICS nation's will take advantage in generations to come. A sort of reverse colonialism.

There is nothing to be giddy about. I like many simply preferred what Trump offered over Harris. I get it that you and many here don't. On the contrary, there have been many posts from me about my belief about how the court tends to waft to the center (centre) over time when ideologues or a block thereof begin to exert influence. However, in this case, the fairly distinct evidence re Thomas in particular taking what can only be described as bungs renders any argument of yours that this is "idiotic nonsense" irrelevant. It's a bad look at the very, very least -- and you know this, so stop this charade. Imagine Brennan being accused of similar.

And as usual, you fail to see the point -- when the ABA is calling out the issue of the rule of law, any logical impartial observer should sit up and take notice. But you won't, because you aren't.
