City launch legal action against the Premier League | Club & PL reach settlement | Proceedings dropped (p1147)

See Masters is still saying the new rules are valid and enforceable. So I guess APT2 will still go ahead.

Wonder at what stage clubs are going to start to question him about all these legal cost he's running up fighting losing battles.
We should propose a vote that pl
Costs on defending anything illegal is split by the 14 cunts voting illegal rules in as opposed to all members ;)

You would have to be a juvenile with extremely limited intellectual and analytical capacity to declare this a victory for Manchester City,”
Now that is truly special. Nothing in this world is funnier than somebody suggesting a lack of intelligence only for themselves to be of an insufficient intellectual capacity to understand what actually happened. There's not even a response to that that could be more brutal than simply repeating his own words.

Forgot about this ruling being seen in the light it should do by anyone other than city.

The news will be muted,
Other clubs will gaslight it as futher evidence we are evil arabs.

Other fans will hate us more not less.

We are on our own here. We do us.
It is difficult to spin it as a success. This ruling came from three Judges on the Premier League’s own panel. And yet the press release from the Pl seems to criticise the decision. What they have done is unlawful. End of.
