Best half of the season?

Some really good individual performances out there but collectively, that’s as good as I have seen us for a while. Newc are a good side and we have given them nothing.

The likes of Rico and Gundo, who I was worried about before KO, have really stepped it up.

Stones has marshalled the defence brilliantly and Khusanov has been excellent.

Savinho has had Lewis on toast.

Marmoush…wow. He couldn’t do a thing right for 15 mins. 10 mins later he had a hat-trick.

Really impressed and not said that too often this season. Keep it up 2nd half boys.

Suddenly some energy and bite in each area of the pitch.

Marmoush and Savio sensational. Stones is key. Khusanov is a bit raw but need the pace. Eddy long balls is great. Fun half.

Khusanov has been very good imo. Very comfortable on the ball.
