Why the rush to send our players out on loan? To me, it's a fair bet that Reis will be a regular in the first team squad

If we are serious about managing the workload on our players and acknowledging that we need a bigger squad, the new boys, Kushanov & Reis, and anyone who comes in in the next windows HAS to be in the squad and capable of holding their own when played in conjunction with what's left of our first team regulars (not out on loan).

In the games against supposedly weaker teams they have to play 2/3 of these players and rotate so that Rods, Ruben. Erl, Phil, Manu stay fit and we could get a last few seasons out of Jonny and Nathan.
