City legend. Also made appearances for Madrid. So, not only do we have to put up with camelgob, we’ve had McPointalot inflicted upon us, as well.
Just fucking wonderful!
That’s my worry. I’d rather leave him a bit higher up the pitch than ask him to be tracking back all the timeBit of both, I suspect.
However Gundo is just off the back of playing his best game since his return so hopefully keeps that level going forward.Outside of Gundogs starting, i like the team.
So guess who he wants to win (as two yrs back!!)City legend. Also made appearances for Madrid.
Agree with you on the 'control' aspect of the gameplay, I just don't see who is going to create in the starting line-up. Can only imagine the emphasis is on Savinho to beat the full back regularly. The plan will be to control the game throughout. When we have the ball and pass and move we are in control. We have consistently had small periods where we have lost control or made a mistake which has ended up costing us against Real. We were awful for the first 15 mins of the first leg but got away with it for once but they got their rewards late on instead.
The 4-0 was a 90minute display of control and they couldn't deal with it.
They do their damage when we give the ball away or switch off defensively. They can't do anything if we keep the ball and box them in. And late on they have managed to step up where we have started to make more errors previously. KDB and Haaland on the bench gives us huge weapons from the bench this time around and can benefit from the extra space after our starters run them hard and keep them moving.
Osasuna, Atletico Madrid and Espanyol all got something off Real Madrid in recent weeks...We have enough fire power there to win this
Serves you right for switching on so far ahead of kick off. 7:59 is when I'll tune in.Fuking hell Wio and Mc fucking pointy.
You’re hope has come true then;)Is anyone else dreading Pep's teamsheet tonight ?
I'm hoping that all 3 new lads start tonight, but I just can't see it, maybe just 1, and that he'll go back to some of the old guard.
Bernardo will be in there too at times, probably with Gvardiol, but maybe Stones if he’s playing right back. That’s my worry. I’d rather leave him a bit higher up the pitch than ask him to be tracking back all the time
Aren’t there usually three of those?Savinho is obviously one of the wise boys who is the other. Marmoush?
Foden false 9?
We did that last week and it didn't end well.Osasuna, Atletico Madrid and Espanyol all got something off Real Madrid in recent weeks...
No reason why we can't win this game tonight. Most importantly get the first goal and take it from there.
