Its pretty much a wash apart from the managers.

Worst Players - Arsenals are somehow worse and the biggest bunch of fannies/cheats in the leagee. Arsenal 1 pt
Worst Fans - Dippers have to take this but Arse run them close. Liverpool 1pt
Worst Managers - Arteta no question - Arsenal 1pt

Liverpool to win it over arsenal for me.
I’m sorry, I know this is the current city narrative but when it comes to rags and dippers (in that order) I want them to lose over anyone.

Not sure lapses in concentration, sloppy passing and at times poor defending make for a great CB. He's not great in the air either.
Agreed but him playing at LB is part of the reason he loses focus. He tries to overplay at times when it's best to keep it simple, at CB he has no choice but to play more Conservative, he's decent in the air imo, scored a lot of headers from corners.

Trouble is that I feel playing him at CB would actually negate the things that he is good at.

Listening to pep he once again reiterated the need for control and to minimise turnovers. So I foresee a very safe side.
I hadn't seen this - does he genuinely think we're good enough to contain them?

I'd hoped that, sensing they're feeling vulnerable at the moment, he'd be a tad more aggressive and try to take the initiative. Disappointing.

I understand but Liverpool likely lose Salah and Tront and Van Dick will be a year older. Arsenal are young, if they win it they'll be over the hurdle mentally and could be a problem.

I think this is where Pep has lost the plot a bit. Control the game, yes. But if we have no pace to cover a counter (and we often don't), what good is all that possession if we cannot score? And we never try and counter attack specifically because Pep views it as low percentage and we would give up the ball. Teams have adapted to this. But we don't have the personnel to change our style of play this season. So, let's support the lads and play it out to get top 4.

The least I hope for is the crowd to be up for it and the players to respond, Get the first goal and we win,

At em straight from the kick off players and fans giving their all. Time they got put back in the box.

I admire your methodology here but it’s Hobsons choice for me with the Cartel

The two occasions lately where we have been on the front foot were the Chelsea and Newcastle matches.
I know that Chelsea probably gave us more space behind than we could have dreamt of, but Newcastle weren't like that. Two good results, though, following two painful ones.
Liverpool won't be happy with a draw, especially after dropping points lately. Everybody was giving them the title a few weeks ago and we've seen in the past how they can be caught.
We can all remember the optimism on here after the Chelsea result - not just because of the win, but the feeling that Pep had turned a corner and actually tried something different.
Seems a million miles away, again.
Let's hope his comments about Sunday were just throwing Slot a curve ball.

Hasn't had a break all season thanks to Stones, Ake, and Dias constantly being unavailable and Walker now going to Milan. Better to judge him when he's fit.
Unfortunately that is no excuse at all.

In many respects he is great and can get better.
He unfortunately loses focus and frequently out of position as a left back allowing us to be taken advantage of down his side And has resulted in goals against.
He does not seem to be a natural left back..

You watch Madrid in both games …long balls to the guys up front and they destroyed us …just like we did against Newcastle … we played with pace vision and energy against the zebras.. the first time we’ve done this in a long while .. do the same Sunday … don’t revert back to “you to me “”me to you “ tippy tappy … get in to them from the start and it will be happy days
